Gerab Nyed-Yon is leasing out a total of 30 plots measuring 4 to 23 decimals located between Pamtsho to Babesa. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply for a maximum lease period of 20 years. Plots shall be allotted through an open bidding process. Bidding forms may be collected from GNY office located at Namgyel Khangzang building, Simtokha, during office hours and submit the bids within 25th December 2023 before 1:00 PM. The bid shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM.
