Gerab Nyed-Yon Limited (GNY), an autonomous entity managing the assets and investments of the Zhung Dratshang, is pleased to announce the availability of vacant spaces at Namgyel Khangzang in Olakha and the Kawajangsa building suitable for office and other commercial use.
Additionally, GNY intends to lease out 14 acres of dry land in Norbugang town, Samtse, for a period of up to 30 years.
Agencies and individuals interested in utilizing these facilities are invited to submit their offers to the GNY Office in Thimphu according to the following guidelines:
- Required space in square feet
(It is recommended to inspect the property before submitting an offer). - Rate per square foot in Ngultrum.
- Intended purpose of use.
- Preferred lease term.
The deadline for offer submissions is April 30, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM.
