His Majesty the Druk Gyelpo granted the Royal Charter institutionalizing Gerab Nyed-Yon as an autonomous entity to manage the assets and investments of the Zhung Dratshang.

Gerab Nyed-Yon Limited is registered under the Companies Act of Bhutan 2016.
1st phase of land leasing
25 December 2023
The 1st phase of leasing out 33 plots, each under 25 decimals, has been executed. Additionally, the initial phase of the bidding process has been completed.
